Classic Sonoma County Chardonnay exhibits ripe fruity flavors of pear, crisp green apple, vanilla and toasty caramel. A medium-bodied wine, rich and buttery.

Ripe, fragrant plum and black cherry aromas. Rich, concentrated red and black fruit flavors with a note of spicy red raspberry; long, spicy finish.

This new Classic Pinot Grigio has a shimmering silver, slight yellow hay color. Its scents of melon, grapefruit zest, lime and green apple are fresh and vibrant. On the palate the aromas are mirrored with flavors of melon, green apple, lime, and grapefruit that are medium bodied and followed by a long-lasting crisp, clean finish. A "classic" example of this popular varietal.

One of the most delicate and finicky grapes, Pinot Noir demands special attention. But the results are well worth the effort – seductive, plush, subtle. To fully capture the unique character of this grape, we use traditional Burgundian techniques of small-tank fermentation and aging in heavily toasted oak. That technique preserves the smooth, rich texture and subtle flavors of the grape, producing the aromas of crushed rose petals and rich cherry characteristic of fine Pinot Noir.

Aromas and flavors of white peach, jasmine, pear, mineral, stone fruit, candied grapefruit. Off-dry and supremely versatile, this elegant Riesling shows just a subtle hint of sweetness. A balanced and focused wine that will shine with a wide array of cuisines, including spicy Thai, Indian or Chinese dishes.

Redolent of fresh, wild strawberries and ripe watermelon, this bright, delicately floral wine tap-dances on the palate. The structure is crisp and fresh, full of rich, juicy strawberries and raspberries with a hint of melon. A fine seam of minerality underlies the fruit, while the finish is long and refreshing.

To add richness and a hint of vanilla to this Classic Sauvignon Blanc, we combine partial barrel fermentation with sur-lie aging in 60-gallon oak barrels. A portion of the wine is fermented in stainless steel to enhance fresh melon and crisp grapefruit flavors. The addition of Semillon further softens the wine's herbaceous character.

Sonoma County Shiraz is a rich, flavorful wine that pairs well with a wide range of foods. Made in the inky, jammy style typical of fine Australian Shiraz wines, this lovely Shiraz offers rich aromas and flavors of wild raspberries and blackberries, with hints of licorice and layers of black pepper and spice on the back palate.

Rich, intensely flavored Zinfandel fruit. Clos du Bois Zinfandel is full-bodied, brimming with ripe raspberry and blackberry flavors, followed by a long, peppery finish. A favorite on wine country tables, Zinfandel is perhaps our best kept secret - but one we're happy to share.

To craft our Reserve Chardonnay, winemaker Erik Olsen looks to the Russian River Valley. Brilliant silver straw in color, the Russian River Valley Reserve Chardonnay exudes rich aromatics reminiscent of ripe apples and pears with hints of stone fruit and citrus. The intense fruit-forward flavors are bright and juicy with ripe apples, pears and fig, highlighted by nuances of toffee and vanilla. The creamy mouthfeel is a result of hand stirring the lees during barrel aging.

Whereas most red wines are about intensity, Pinot Noir is about texture: succulent, supple, juicy, alluring, sensual texture. Pinot can be finicky – the growing conditions must be near perfect. In the Russian River Valley, morning fog lingers from the nearby Pacific to moderate afternoon temperatures and drifts in again each evening to cool the vines — allowing fruit to achieve maturity without loss of depth and suppleness.

Aged for 10 months in 60-gallon French oak barrels to add a touch of toast and a hint of sweetness. Bursting with tropical spice as well as ripe melon and pear. It is creamy and supple on the palate with a lingering finish.

Alexander Valley is famous for Cabernets with smooth, soft tannins. Blackberry, currant and cocoa flavors with toasty oak notes that give complexity to this lush, velvety wine. A rich and dense mouthfeel is followed by a long, spicy finish.

Marlstone is smooth and balanced, with intense, concentrated fruit and aromas of cherry, cedar, tobacco and black olives. Enjoyable upon release, Marlstone can be further aged for up to 15 years after release, developing the rich complexity of a truly collectible wine.
