Abundant fruit-forward flavors, reminiscent of dried cherry compote, are coupled with balanced tannins, leaving a pleasantly long finish. The wine, while nicely balanced for drinking in the near term, has a good acid structure that will support aging in the cellar.

Pale yellow hue; ripe banana, pineapple upside-down cake, lemon lime, floral, spicy hints of cinnamon and nutmeg aromas. Apples, bananas, creamy butterscotch flavors enlivened by a subtle touch of oak. Good balance and viscosity with a delightfully crisp finish.

This wine has an intense, deep, dark ruby color. The aroma is forward with a rich black cherry with some berry, plum and dark chocolate. There is a touch of oak and bay laurel, with intriguing cinnamon/nutmeg spiciness. This wine is full flavored with lots of depth and well integrated tannins.
