Greg Norman Estates Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot shows all the hallmarks of a medium bodied cool climate wine. The colour is a medium to deep red with crimson hues. The bouquet reveals rich dark berry fruit and plum aromas, complexed by smoky, spicy oak. These flavours are again evident on the rich palate with tight fruit flavours persisting on the finish. This wine has wonderful and elegant cabernet fruit characters coupled with the softness of merlot.

The bouquet has lifted nectarine, peach and citrus aromas with these flavours mirrored on the palate. A combination of American and French oak barrels have been used for fermentation and ageing to support the fruit without dominating the palate.

Greg Norman Estates Shiraz is deep vibrant red with purple hues. The complex bouquet is made up of dark berry, plums and black cherry with a hint of vanillan and spice. The palate shows an excellent depth of flavour, abundant rich dark berry fruit and spicy well balanced oak. With an almost seamless structure, the wine’s intense flavours are supported by supple fine grain tannins, providing a long rewarding finish.

On the nose there are lifted strawberry, citrus and nutty aromas with just a hint of sherbet character. Medium to full bodied style with generous stonefruit and citrus flavors and a very smooth yet generous finish.
