The Shirtail Creek Vineyard Chardonnay has bright aromas of Bosc pear and apricot. The palate brings Granny Smith apple and a refreshing acidity in the mouth. The texture is ultra rich and viscous as a result of ripe fruit and lees stirring. The acidity in the finish brings focus to the fruit complexity and invites another bite of food.

The aroma is concentrated and expresses vanilla, brown sugar and mint. On the palate the wine reveals flavors of boysenberry and espresso richly framed with ripe mountain tannins.

Classic tropical themes of ripe cut pineapple, guava, and lemon zest give the aroma a livley life toward a similiar flavor profile of ripe pear, peach, and pineapple on the palate.

Aromas filled with red fruit characters of sweet red currant and raspberries, supported by a trio of vanilla, cedar, and molasses.

This vintage displays ripe plum and black licorice followed by cedar, currant and toast. The flavors are expansive starting with black cherry and finishing back to fleshy plum.

Black cherry, chocolate and caramel aromas come first with subtle spice and barrel toast as secondary themes inviting your fi rst sip. The palate reinforces cherry and currant and carries ample weight on the mid palate. The tannins are present but ripe and round and lead to a persistent fi nish.
