The Wild Turkey distillery is proud to offer American Spirit, a 15 Year Old true small batch bourbon that is a celebration of the American Spirit.

 

Russell's Reserve is deep amber in color with a nose that is rich in vanilla, oak, toffee and a touch of old leather. The body is huge, and the palate is very spicy with notes of chili peppers, tamarind, almonds and cumin.

The 80° is a traditional bourbon, handcrafted with old-fashioned methods, using the finest natural ingredients, including at least 51% corn, along with barley and rye. Wild Turkey 80° has a deep, but soft aroma with classic bourbon characteristics of sweetness and corn. The excellent bourbon taste balances traditional caramel and vanilla flavors.

This bourbon is a unique marriage of Wild Turkey 6-, 8- and 12-year-old stocks, which give the whiskey a rich, exceptional flavor that is remarkably smooth, considering its high alcohol content. It is assertive with hints of light oranges, mint, and tones of sweet tobacco that will remind you of your grandfather's pipe-bowl. The finish is long, warm and nutty and lingers in the mouth with hints of hot peppers and well-toasted whole wheat bread.

Wild Turkey 101° has an exceptionally soft, but rich aroma for a high proof bourbon, due to quality at all stages of its production. The taste is an American classic with caramel and vanilla and notes of honey and oranges. The finish is very long, rich and full-bodied, powerful, yet soothing.

Straight Rye Whiskey uses the same distilling methods as bourbon. However, it differs in its main ingredients. While straight bourbon uses corn, rye whiskey contains at least 51% rye resulting in a less sweet whiskey. And, like bourbon, the remainder of the mash is made from a variety of grains. These days, only small quantities of straight rye are made, but there are signs of renewed customer interest. At 101°, it has a rich, balanced aroma of vanilla and spice.
